We are hosting our first ever Fit Chick Championship (FCC) to find the strongest lady out there and to showcase women’s strength! This is a great opportunity for all beginner to intermediate gym-goers to set fitness goals and test their progress. FCC is for those who want to:
- Challenge themselves to grow stronger
- Showcase their progress in a supportive environment
- Be a part of an empowering community of like-minded women

To help you prepare for FCC, all participants are invited to a free 1-day pre-competition workshop at CHARIS Athletics.
Workshop: Saturday, 29/6, 3 – 5PM
FCC: Saturday, 27/7, 9AM – 4:30PM
